In tonight’s part five of The Roosevelts: An Intimate History on KMOS-TV, FDR brings the same optimism and energy to the White House that his cousin Theodore displayed. Aimed at ending the Depression, his sweeping New Deal restores the people's self-confidence and transforms the relationship between them and their government. Eleanor rejects the traditional role of first lady, becomes her husband's liberal conscience and a sometimes controversial political force in her own right. As the decade ends, FDR faces two grave questions: whether to run for an unprecedented third term and how to deal with the rise of Hitler. The Roosevelts: An Intimate History, tonight at 9 p.m. on KMOS-TV.

Head coach Kyle Crookes and Mules Baseball will be hosting their annual Junior Mule Camp beginning July 6 and running through July 8. The camp is open to all participants ages 6-14.

Campers will have fun while learning the game of baseball. There will be basic instruction for beginners and more advanced instruction for older players. Every camper will receive instruction from UCM coaches and players and will play in a game each day. The sessions will allow both individual and group instruction in all phases of baseball: hitting, pitching, catching, infield play, outfield play, baserunning and team defensive concepts. Campers will be divided into teams based on age and ability level.
