The University of Central Missouri’s Department of Theatre and Dance presents KA-POW!  a superhero spring dance concert, at 7:30 p.m. February 5-7 in the Highlander Theatre.  KA-POW! explores the heroes that exist in our everyday lives, in our imaginations and comic books, and on the silver screen.  KA-POW! explores the heroes that exist in our everyday lives, in our imaginations and comic books, and on the silver screen. Admission is $12 for the general public; $10 for faculty, staff, senior citizens and military; and $7 for students. Tickets will be available at the box office in Wood 128 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning Monday, Feb. 2 through Friday, Feb. 6. Tickets may also be reserved by calling the box office at 660-543-8811 and will also be available at the door.  Children under the age of 5 years old will not be admitted.

KA-POW! is an ensemble of 19 dancers and the concert showcases the work of seven choreographers.

UCM Athletics will be giving away replica National Championship rings to commemorate the Mules' 2014 National Championship at tomorrow’s home MIAA doubleheader against Lincoln.  The first 2,500 fans through the doors on will receive a voucher upon entrance to the arena that will be good for one commemorative ring. Fans can redeem their vouchers at the west end of the Multipurpose Building to receive their ring.  Fans must have a ticket to receive a voucher with a limit of one voucher per person. Doors to the arena will open at 4:30 p.m.  Following the completion of the Jennies game, the Mules will be presented their championship rings in a pregame ceremony.
