The Department of Music and the Performing Arts Series Guest Artist Series at the University of Central Missouri will host pianist Sławomir Dobrzański in concert at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9, in Hart Recital Hall.  A versatile pianist with a broad repertoire, Dobrzański frequently performs as a soloist and chamber musician in Europe, South America, China, and throughout the United States. He is a graduate of the Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, Poland and the University of Connecticut, where he received the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in 2001.

The Central Missouri Jennies bowling team will host a free youth clinic this Sunday, February 8 at the UCM Elliott Union Bowling Center. The clinic is open to children ages five years old up to 12th grade.  The clinic for children ages five years through fourth grade will run from noon to 1:30 p.m. with children from fifth grade through 12th grade going from 1:45-3:00 p.m. The clinic will feature drills and instruction from members of the UCM women's and mens' bowling programs.

The Mules basketball team is back in action tonight when they wrap up their three-game road trip at Southwest Baptist. Tip-off in Bolivar is set for 7:30 p.m.   The Jennies will start things off with a 5:30 start.
