Two Weeks til Christmas…Is Your Tree Up Yet?

For many,Thanksgiving weekend is the designated spot on the calendar for putting up the Christmas tree and other holiday decorations, but for some that's considered too early.

Are you one of those that can't wait for Halloween to be over so you can jerk down the spider webs, ghosts, and goblins, so you can put up the decorations that really matter to you? Some people like to wait until after a few weeks after Thanksgiving to start decorating for the holidays, others have have their tree up before their jack-o-lanterns have been taken away by the garbage truck.

And now comes the question...how many Christmas trees in a household?  I'm not saying you shouldn't have more than one tree, (If that suits your fancy) but in most households you have one Christmas tree. You know, the main one, the big Kahuna! (Really? Kahuna?!?!)  So far in our house we have 17 Christmas trees. That wasn't a misprint. SEVENTEEN!  For the record I had nothing to do with putting up these trees around the house. Now mind you the 16 other trees are pretty much one foot or less in size.

So with that being said, if you have your main tree up along with the other decorations, go around the house and start counting how many Christmas trees you have placed. You may be surprised with your answer!
