Theft of Medication Reported by Sedalia Resident

A Sedalia resident has reported to police that medication was stolen from his residence by a person known to him.

A Sedalia Police report notes that the theft allegedly took place while the resident was sleeping. The victim said that a few days later, a person he knows admitted to taking the medication and has not returned it. The victim would like to press charges.

Sedalia Police are sending information in the case to the prosecutor for review. They did not release the name of the suspect.
