In fact, the next one coming up on our events calendar is the Trinity Pyrmont Social. It got me to thinking that ice cream is pretty much a universal joy in life. But I find that I need more from ice cream in my older age. A simple vanilla or chocolate won't do. I need intricacy. I need something complex! Or at least something with Stephen Colbert's Face on the label.
