Nationally known motivational speaker and author Joshua Coburn will bring his message of positive thinking to Sedalia 200 students in presentations and personal discussions May 11 and 12 at Smith-Cotton Junior High and Smith-Cotton High School.
Sedalia School District 200 issued the following statement on Wednesday regarding the planned Garrigus gathering scheduled for Thursday at 1 p.m.:
"Sedalia School District 200 is grieving with our community over the death of Riley Garrigus.
The Smith-Cotton High School Symphonic Band earned “1,” or exemplary, ratings from all judges for its performance Wednesday, April 29, in Boonville for MSHSAA State Large Ensemble.
