Chubby Checker is an American music legend, and on Tuesday night (Aug. 13) I was lucky enough to see him perform at the Pepsi Grandstand at the Missouri State Fair.

On Monday night at the Missouri State Fair (Aug. 12), I was a very lucky young man. I was able to check another Bucket List item off the list: going up in a hot air balloon. I met up with Jim Wolters from Jefferson City, Mo. I had introduced myself to him and asked if there was any chance I could go up with him in his hot air balloon, and he agreed.

While at the fair this weekend, I was going around asking cowgirls and cowboys to show off their styling boots, and boy did they ever so proudly show them off. I really hope you enjoy this series of "Booty Call" at The Missouri State Fairgrounds.

As you may or may not know, I'm from the Detroit area. I've never milked a cow in my life. Well, that changed last weekend at the Missouri State Fair, as the good people at the Dairy Barn helped get me "rural-ized." Man, was it a funny experience!

Gary Allan is known for putting on some of the best live shows in the business, and on Saturday night at the Missouri State Fair Pepsi grandstand (Aug. 10), he did not disappoint.

The Chicks Dig It at the 111th Missouri State Fair, but I think it's safe to say EVERYONE was digging the show that Chris Cagle and Will Hoge put on at the Pepsi Grandstand Thursday night. Opening Day of the Missouri State Fair wouldn't be complete without the annual parade! Fairgoers lined the streets as a long line of Missouri organizations rolled through the fairgrounds this afternoon (Aug. 8).
