The Central Missouri Coop had over 3,000 customers without power.  KCP&L had about 700 customers without power in Pettis County and thousands more across the region. The Missouri Department of Transportation has not had very much downtime since Winter Storm Q from last week, and they continue to try and keep Highways 13, 50, 65 and 70 open as best they can.
