Conflicted accounts may rule the day on Showtime's steamy marital drama 'The Affair,' but the HFPA is on board for either side. The 2015 Golden Globes have officially granted Best TV Drama to 'The Affair,' just two months after the show was granted its second season.

The future of ‘Parks and Recreation’ looks especially grim, but only by the fact that 2015 will bring us the last 13 episodes ever, rather than the spiffy-looking 2017 the characters seem to be enjoying. The ongoing firestorm against Bill Cosby has only swelled in recent weeks, as more and more allegations of rape emerge against the once-revered comedian, so it wasn’t any surprise that Netflix would opt to discard the November 28 release of a new Cosby standup special. Now, NBC has expectedly followed suit by abandoning development plans for a new Cosby sitcom for 2015.

Somehow, 'Foxcatcher' star Channing Tatum is the very first male guest to participate in a rousing round of Jimmy Fallon's 'Box of Lies' on 'The Tonight Show.' Fallon's results have been mixed -- the guy isn't very good at lying, especially when a giggly celebrity makes googley eyes at him in an attempt to throw him off his game -- but he has been getting better in recent weeks.

Jeff Daniels would like to make you dance. Perhaps not you specifically -- but, heck, maybe -- but just anyone who gets to enjoy the dulcet tones of the 'Dumb and Dumber To' star whensoever he trills away with son's band. Daniels is a busy guy, but he still finds the time to jam out with his kid, and when that happens, it's dance time.

Just this past weekend 'SNL' announced that 'The Hunger Games' star Woody Harrelson would return to the stage on November 15, and so too do we know what A-lister will also make a return appearance the following week. 'Annie' star Cameron Diaz will make her own fourth appearance hosting on November 22, but what pair of musical guests can we expect to join her?

As if we hadn't seen 'The Hunger Games' or 'True Detective' mocked enough, 'SNL' will take an official turn with one of the major stars. Woody Harrelson has been reaped from the existing pool of victors to host 'SNL' a third time later on in November, with fellow repeat star and musical guest Kendrick Lamar.

Daniel Radcliffe's name may be forever synonymous with 'Harry Potter,' but the British actor has already proven that his talents extend far beyond playing the boy wizard on the big screen. He can do the Broadway thing! He's got a nifty fake American accent! He can rap! Wait...what?

'SNL''s additions and subtractions in its first three weeks of the 40th anniversary season have gotten some notable attention, but its first in-house promotion of the season has us a bit more excited. Following her high-profile addition to the writing staff last season, and some standout appearances along the way, Leslie Jones has been promoted to a featured player of the NBC sketch comedy series.

Although 'SNL' previously parodied all the movie adaptations of the most obscure young-adult novels, all past sketches have nothing on 'The Group Hopper.' It's one thing to dress the cast in 'Hunger Games' outfits and make fun of one of the biggest movie franchises in the world. It's another thing altogether to create a fake movie trailer for a fake new franchise and make it seem strangely plausible while eviscerating every movie of this kind out there.
