Behka's Enquiring Minds

Unfortunately, we see more and more people who are struggling to get by.  Some of them need help and don't ask for it, and some of them ask for help. But it can be hard sometimes to tell if the person really needs help or is just asking for a handout.

Over the years, our town has grown and changed quite a bit.  It seems everywhere you turn there's a restaurant or a new business or an older business that's moved to a new building.  But I think change is good.

Every day I put up a new survey for our Enquiring Minds question. I'm always trying to think of new topics to get your brain working, and we can interact a little bit together!

Okay folks, this blog post might get a little heavy. I apologize in advance. When I was a kid, I had a bad habit of biting my nails. Looking back on it  now, I totally understand it, but at the time, I could not stop for love or money.

Electronics have become such a big part of our lives that the thought of being without them, even for a short time, terrifies some people.

Just in case you didn't know, boyfriendo and I moved from a small apartment to an older two/maybe three bedroom house earlier this year.

Men and women have always fought over who has more work to do, who has more difficulty... and who has it worse physically.

It's beginning to look a lot like Halloween, judging by the way supermarkets and discount stores have already dedicated aisles to costumes, decorations and naturally, candy.

Whenever boyfriendo's daughters are hanging out for a weekend, they love to play games with us.  Sometimes it's just a card game, sometimes it's a video game, or it can be a board game. This past weekend they ended up playing a crazy hard looking board game called Talisman.
