I received a text message that my Great Aunt had a mini stroke last night.  Her name is Naomi and she turned 107 in August.  A fantastic lady to say the least.  This made me think about others that have had strokes.  The American Stroke Association and The American Heart Association have teamed up to help stop strokes.   F.A.S.T. is an easy way to remember the sudden signs of stroke. When you can spot the signs, you'll know that you need to call 9-1-1 for help right away.  F.A.S.T. is:  1.  Face Drooping  2.  Arm Weakness  3.  Speech Difficulty  4.  Time to call 9-1-1
