Tonight (Jan. 8) should be an amazing night of basketball at Fair Community College's Davis Center. The Lady Roadrunners and Roadrunners basketball teams play against Three Rivers Community College at 5:30 and the men play at 7:30.
This game will be the first Region 16 game of the season and the Lady Roadrunners are ranked in the top 20 in Junior College basketball.  This will be the Lady Roadrunners first home game since, coach Kevin Bucher won his 100th ballgame with SFCC on Friday in Arkansas Baptist. Bucher became only the third head coach to capture 100 wins for the Lady Roadrunners, joining Dale Kimberling and current SFCC Athletic Director Darren Pannier.
The Roadrunners have a lot of fresh faces that started with the team on Monday, with a loss of 109-74, bringing their record to 4-11. The Roadrunners will try the role of spoilers in what will be a historic game between these two teams. The head coach for Three Rivers Community College, Gene Bess, is going for victory 1,200 in junior college basketball.
