This weekend is a big weekend of sports. There is the NFL Divisional Playoff games, the National Championship for Football on Monday and there is the Blue/Grey Football Game on Saturday Night (January 10).

The Blue-Grey All-American Bowl Game will have some local interest, with Smith-Cotton Senior, Ryan Lefevers suiting up for the Grey Team.

The Blue/Grey All-American Bowl Game is a chance for Seniors across the country to showcase their skills and for some of them make last impressions on scouts. It also gives high school seniors the chance to suit up and play the game they love.

Ryan Lefevers has played for Smith-Cotton and has looked forward to heading down to Raymond James Stadium, ever since he got notified in the summer.

Lefevers received the #64 and is playing defensive end. This will be the first time Lefevers has only played one position, since he played on both sides of the ball for the Tigers. He will get that chance in his college career, as he has committed to Central Methodist University as a Defensive Lineman.

Lefevers is the son of Darren and Stephanie Lefevers and they are all enjoying the chance to see their son play one more time as a high school student.

The Blue-Grey Game will be featured on Fox Sports, Saturday night at 7 p.m. Central.
