Smith-Cotton JROTC Veterans Day Ceremony

The Smith-Cotton High School Army JROTC will host a free Veterans Day breakfast and ceremony on November 10.

The breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. And the ceremony to honor all Veterans will take place at 8:30 a.m.

According to a press release from Sedalia 200, during the ceremony, each Service branch will be recognized by the playing of their respective Service Hymn.

While the hymns are being played, all Veterans from that service will be honored.

Veterans and their spouses/guests are invited and attendees are can RSVP to the Army and JROTC office, by calling 660-851-5317.

Later that afternoon, there will be a parade in Downtown Sedalia beginning at 3:00.
