 Center Stage Dance Academy will present their show "Pack Your Bags."

“Pack Your Bags” will explore the world through the wonderful art of music and dance! Watch dancers of all ages perform Center Stage’s award winning choreography! Visit their website at  http://www.centerstageacademy.org/

The 4th Annual Firefighters Memorial Ride will take place June 22. 

They begin at Liberty Park and end at Patricia’s Mexican Restaurant with prizes awarded at 5:00 p.m.  Ride leaves at 12:00 p.m. and all wheels are welcome, rain or shine.  The first 100 to register get a free pin.  Registration is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on ride day.  Breakfast and lunch will be available with the proceeds benefiting the Boys and Girl’s club.  If you have any questions, contact the Sedalia Fire Headquarters at 660-826-8044.    $15 rider registration fee.

The Native American Artifact Show will be held on June 22.

It’ll be held at the Farm Credit Services Building at 2600 South Limit Avenue from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The show is sponsored by the Sedalia/West Central Missouri Archaeological Society and displays authentic artifacts and historical items. The public is invited to bring their personal artifacts for free identification. There will be door prizes, and parking is available in the back and west side of the building. The Evening Under the Stars will be held in Green Ridge Park.

There will be live music from Cedar Creek on Saturday, June 22 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.  Come and dance or just listen to the music.  Free will donation, bring your own lawn chairs.  There will be a barbecue  meal across the street from the park at the Chamber Building, serving from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.   The menu includes a pulled pork sandwich  cole slaw, baked beans, applesauce, cake, tea or coffee for a cost of $7.  Everyone is invited, no alcohol is served.  This is sponsored by the Green Ridge Chamber of Commerce.

The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2591 will present Korean War Veterans Recognition Day.

The event will take place on Sunday, June 23 at 1:00 p.m.  The program will recognize the individual service of veterans of the Korean War.  This will take place at the Sedalia VFW and there will be a lunch before the ceremony, at 12 noon.  The lunch is a cost of $5 and includes your choice of brisket, pork loin, scalloped potatoes, green beans, corn homemade rolls and dessert with coffee or tea.

The Everywhere Fun Fair will be coming to the Broadway Presbyterian Church.

It’ll be held Sunday through Thursday, June 23-27 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Church, 209 West Broadway.  Children ages preschool through completed 5th grade are invited to attend.  Come explore how children of all cultures can be friends and neighbors.  To register, or for more information, call 826-1708.

The St Paul’s Lutheran Church of Cole Camp is hosting an Ice Cream Social.

It’ll be held on June 23 with serving beginning at 6:30 p.m.  Entertainment will start at 7:00 p.m.  Free will donations will benefit the St Paul’s Crisis Fund and the Cole Camp Museum.  St Paul’s is located at the corner of Hickory and Jefferson in Cole Camp.

The Benton County 4-H and FFA Horse Show is Sunday.

They'll meet at 11:00 a.m. and have many categories such as: Halter, Showmanship at Halter, Western Horsemanship, Western Pleasure, Reining, Hunt Seat Equitation, Hunter under Saddle, pony Cart, Costume Class, Trail and games.  This will take place at the Benton County Fairgrounds in Lincoln. The West Central Missouri Genealogical Society will met on June 24.

The speaker for the event will be Rich Lawson of Warrensburg.  He’ll be speaking as a representative of the Santa Fe Trail Association Board.  The meeting is held in the lower level of the Church of Christ at 722 South Maguire.  Refreshments are served at 7:00 p.m. and the program begins at 7:30.  The public is invited to attend.

The Sedalia School District Foundation will have their 7th annual golf tournament.
