Sedalia Man Arrested on Neglect of Child Support Warrant

Sedalia Police conducted a warrant check in the 700 block of E. Broadway on January 24, just before 6 p.m. Police say that the suspect was being detained by security when they arrived, and they confirmed an active warrant.

31-year-old Stephen Wilson was arrested and taken to the Pettis County Jail for a felony neglect of child support warrant with a $50,000 cash only bond from Morgan County.

Police say marijuana was discovered in Wilson's pocket when he was searched during the arrest. Wilson was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
