Sedalia Police say they discovered drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop just before 1 a.m. on Sunday, November 13 at West Broadway Boulevard and South Warrant Avenue.

According to Sedalia Police, a blue Ford van was stopped for having an expired temporary tag. A computer check of the driver through dispatch revealed that 27-year-old Timothy Peck had a revoked driver's license. Police say that Peck was also in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Peck was arrested on charges of driving while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia and was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.
