Sedalia and Warrensburg Residents Injured in Accidents Tuesday Afternoon

An accident on Carpenter Road led to injuries for two Sedalia residents around 6:30 Tuesday afternoon. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 20-year-old Kylie Evans lost control of a 2004 Dodge Ram on gravel. The vehicle traveled off the roadway and Evans and a passenger, 21-year-old Shayna Ulmer were both transported by private vehicle to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment of minor to moderate injuries.

A 19-year-old Warrensburg woman suffered minor injuries in a Johnson County accident at 4 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2016 Ford F150 driven by 59-year-old Thomas Kalafut exited a private driveway and struck a 2001 Buick driven by 19-year-old Cyndee Holtcamp. Holtcamp was taken by private vehicle for treatment.
