On the road for a two-week, two-state radio station tour, country singer Sara Morgan made her way into the KIX 105 studio recently. We had a chance to to talk to her about her new single, "Drive a Tractor" which is to be released April 8th.

Her new song and campaign with "Drive a Tractor" is doing great plus she gives back 10% of her merchandise sales to help fund farming scholarships. She will be featured at the MO State FFA convention this year on April 22nd in Columbia.

Whether she plays an intimate solo acoustic set for a crowd of 50, or rocks the stage with her band for hundreds, Sara Morgan has an authentic transparency and vulnerability that has proven to be endearing to her steadily increasing fan base. Sara always takes time to meet and take photos with fans after shows. She loves getting to know people as much as she loves writing and performing. Sara is also a "buy local" girl and is proud to say that all merchandise sold at her shows is "Made in the USA".

Sara was recognized by local music critics as Kansas City's Best Newcomer for 2015. Sara has opened for multi-Grammy and Dove award winner BJ Thomas, country superstar John Michael Montgomery and singer/songwriter Michael Martin Murphey among others,

Sara plays several instruments including saxophone, guitar, banjo, ukulele, piano and last but not least, No. 2 yellow pencils. She also loves mustard. Get ready for a real treat. She is a prolific songwriter, storyteller and performer.
