Pettis County Sheriff’s Department Continue Local Investigation of Stolen Goods

On February 19, Deputies with the Pettis County Sheriff's Department served a second search warrant at a local business, located at 809 South Marshall Avenue, as well as an adjacent storage building located at 807 South Marshall.

During the search of the property, 37-year old Roger Green, of Sedalia, was taken into custody. Green was found to to be in the act of altering property that was later confirmed, stolen. Recovered from the property, were seveal tools, a snow plow, a vehicle salt spreader attachment, and a disassembled Ford F250, which was later found to have been recently stolen out of Benton County.

Roger Green is being held in the Pettis County Jail pending the filing of charges, as well as revocation of his bond, stemming from his arrest on Febraury 16th, for similar charges.
