Henry County authorities are searching for a 20-year old Clinton, MO man who was reportedly involved in a shooting earlier this week.

On Tuesday (Jan 29), the Henry County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Clinton Police regarding a shooting that occurred near the city limits of Clinton. Information was obtained and authorities began to further investigate the matter.

According to the Sheriff’s Office report, several shots were fired from a moving vehicle at another moving vehicle near the intersection of Hwy 52 and Vansant Road. The victims in the case were able to identify the shooter and the driver of the other vehicle.

One of the suspects, 22-year old Tylor Turner, of Clinton, was later arrested at his residence, located at 614 E. Ohio. Turner was charged with 1st Degree Assault, Armed Criminal Action and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. He remains in custody at the Henry County Detention Center, with a bond of $25,000.00.

The second suspect, 20-year old Bryan Sharp, of Clinton, ran from the residence and was not apprehended.

The Sheriff’s Office is actively seeking the whereabouts of Bryan Sharp for questioning in this investigation. Sharp also has active warrants for his arrest for Probation Violation, Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of a Controlled Substance, as well as a Clinton Municipal warrant for Driving While Suspended.
