A few years ago, you may remember my wife and I took a trip to Mackinac Island. The Missouri State Fair is known for great foods from all around the country. You can have corn dogs, funnel cakes, fried Oreos and whatever else, but if you walk through the Ag Building the smell of fudge is ever present when you walk through the door.

Oh, Fudge! is located in the Ag Building and offers samples of the great variety, from normal chocolate to caramel to my personal favorite chocolate pecan.

Today, I got my slice of heaven at the Missouri State Fair and a reminder that I so want to take my family to Mackinac Island and did bring some home.

They have the recipes of Murdick's Fudge and it is delicious! Highly recommend that you take some time and see what their fudge is all about.

While you're in the Ag Building be sure to get some ice cream from the beekeepers, roasted pecans, almonds or cashews and so much more. The Ag Building is one of my favorite food buildings to take home items, which we'll highlight another day.

What is your favorite dessert or favorite food find at the Missouri State Fair?
