There’s plenty of stuff to keep you busy at the movie theater next month, from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice to 10 Cloverfield Lane and all the other titles in between. But if you’re looking to enjoy some movies in the comfort of your home, March brings lots of new releases for you to rent or buy, including 2015 hits like Creed, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 and much more. March 1

Creed: Starring Michael B. Jordan, Sylvester Stallone and Tessa Thompson. The former World Heavyweight Champion Rocky Balboa serves as a trainer and mentor to Adonis Johnson, the son of his late friend and former rival Apollo Creed.

The Night Before: Starring Seth Rogen, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Anthony Mackie. On Christmas eve, three lifelong friends spend the night in New York City looking for the Holy Grail of Christmas parties.

Room: Starring Brie Larson, Jacob Tremblay and Joan Allen. After five-year-old Jack and his mother escape from the enclosed surroundings that Jack has known his entire life, the boy makes a thrilling discovery.

The Danish Girl: Starring Eddie Redmayne, Alicia Vikander and Amber Heard. A fictitious love story loosely inspired by the lives of Danish artists Lili Elbe and Gerda Wegener. Lili and Gerda’s marriage and work evolve as they navigate Lili’s groundbreaking journey as a transgender pioneer.

Youth: Starring Michael Caine, Harvey Keitel and Rachel Weisz. A retired orchestra conductor is on holiday with his daughter and his film director best friend in the Alps when he receives an invitation from Queen Elizabeth II to perform for Prince Philip’s birthday.

Legend: Starring Tom Hardy, Emily Browning and Taron Egerton. The film tells the story of the identical twin gangsters Reggie and Ronnie Kray, two of the most notorious criminals in British history, and their organised crime empire in the East End of London during the 1960s.

Miss You Already: Starring Drew Barrymore, Toni Collette and Dominic Cooper. The friendship between two life-long girlfriends is put to the test when one starts a family and the other falls ill.

Sunshine Superman:A heart-racing documentary portrait of Carl Boenish, the father of the BASE jumping movement, whose early passion for skydiving led him to ever more spectacular — and dangerous — feats of foot-launched human flight.

All Roads Lead to Rome: Starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Rosie Day and Raoul Bova. A controlling single mother tries to reconnect with her teen daughter by taking her on a vacation to the Tuscan village where she spent much of her own youth.

Don Verdean: Starring Jemaine Clement, Sam Rockwell and Amy Ryan. A self-professed biblical archaeologist who has fallen on hard times starts to bend the truth in order to continue inspiring the faithful.

Life: Starring Robert Pattinson, Dane DeHaan and Peter Lucas. A photographer for Life Magazine is assigned to shoot pictures of James Dean.

March 8

The Peanuts Movie: Starring Noah Schnapp, Bill Melendez and Hadley Belle Miller. Snoopy embarks upon his greatest mission as he and his team take to the skies to pursue their arch-nemesis, while his best pal Charlie Brown begins his own epic quest back home to win the love of his life.

In the Heart of the Sea: Starring Chris Hemsworth, Cillian Murphy and Tom Holland. A recounting of a New England whaling ship’s sinking by a giant whale in 1820, an experience that later inspired the great novel Moby-Dick.

Victor Frankenstein: Starring Daniel Radcliffe, James McAvoy and Jessica Brown Findlay. Told from Igor’s perspective, we see the troubled young assistant’s dark origins, his redemptive friendship with the young medical student Viktor Von Frankenstein, and become eyewitnesses to the emergence of how Frankenstein became the man — and the legend — we know today.

Macbeth: Starring Michael Fassbender, Marion Cotillard and Paddy Considine. Macbeth, the Thane of Glamis, receives a prophecy from a trio of witches that one day he will become King of Scotland. Consumed by ambition and spurred to action by his wife, Macbeth murders his king and takes the throne for himself.

The Tribe: Starring Grigoriy Fesenko, Yana Novikova and Rosa Babiy. A deaf teenager struggles to fit into the boarding school system.

The Benefactor: Starring Richard Gere, Dakota Fanning and Theo James. A philanthropist meddles in the lives of newly-married couples in an attempt to relive his past.

March 15

Sisters: Starring Tina Fey, Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph. Two sisters decide to throw one last house party before their parents sell their family home.

The Big Short: Starring Christian Bale, Steve Carell and Ryan Gosling. Four denizens in the world of high-finance predict the credit and housing bubble collapse of the mid-2000s, and decide to take on the big banks for their greed and lack of foresight.

Brooklyn: Starring Saoirse Ronan, Domhnall Gleeson and Emory Cohen. An Irish immigrant lands in 1950s Brooklyn, where she quickly falls into a romance with a local. When her past catches up with her, however, she must choose between two countries and the lives that exist within.

Carol: Starring Cate Blanchett, Rooney Mara and Sarah Paulson. An aspiring photographer develops an intimate relationship with an older woman.

Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip: Starring Jason Lee, Jesica Ahlberg and Josh Green. Through a series of misunderstandings, Alvin, Simon and Theodore come to believe that Dave is going to propose to his new girlfriend in Miami…and dump them. They have three days to get to him and stop the proposal, saving themselves not only from losing Dave but possibly from gaining a terrible stepbrother.

March 22

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2: Starring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Donald Sutherland. As the war of Panem escalates to the destruction of other districts, Katniss Everdeen, the reluctant leader of the rebellion, must bring together an army against President Snow, while all she holds dear hangs in the balance.

Daddy’s Home: Starring Mark Wahlberg, Will Ferrell and Linda Cardellini. A radio host’s struggles to connect with his stepchildren are exacerbated by the return of their biological father.

The Letters: Starring Juliet Stevenson, Rutger Hauer and Max von Sydow. A drama that explores the life of Mother Teresa through letters she wrote to her longtime friend and spiritual advisor, Father Celeste van Exem over a nearly 50-year period.

March 29

The Hateful Eight: Starring Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell and Jennifer Jason Leigh. In the dead of a Wyoming winter, a bounty hunter and his prisoner find shelter in a cabin currently inhabited by a collection of nefarious characters.

Concussion: Starring Will Smith, Alec Baldwin and Albert Brooks. In Pittsburgh, accomplished pathologist Dr. Bennet Omalu uncovers the truth about brain damage in football players who suffer repeated concussions in the course of normal play.

Point Break: Starring Edgar Ramirez, Luke Bracey and Ray Winstone. A young FBI agent infiltrates an extraordinary team of extreme sports athletes he suspects of masterminding a string of unprecedented, sophisticated corporate heists.

Cartel Land: This documentary follows a local Mexican physician who leads an uprising against a dangerous drug cartel that’s controlled his region for years.

Exposed: Starring Keanu Reeves, Ana de Armas and Christopher McDonald. A police detective investigates the truth behind his partner’s death. The mysterious case reveals disturbing police corruption and a dangerous secret involving an unlikely young woman.

Forsaken: Starring Kiefer Sutherland, Donald Sutherland and Demi Moore. Kiefer and Donald Sutherland share the screen in this brooding western about an embittered gunslinger who attempts to make amends with his estranged father whilst their community is besieged by ruthless land-grabbers.
