Mules Football Back in D2Football.com Poll at No. 25

Fresh off their 38-7 win at Nebraska-Kearney last Saturday the Mules Football team is back in the D2Football.com Top 25 Poll at No. 25 this week. The Mules evened their record at 2-2 with the win over the Lopers last Saturday.

The Mules are back in the poll for the first time in three weeks. UCM dropped from No. 19 to out of the poll following the 45-34 loss at Emporia State in week two. The Mules are one of four MIAA teams ranked in the top 25 and one of 10 Super Region 3 teams to appear.

Minnesota State continues to hold down the top spot in the poll at 4-0. Northwest Missouri was fifth with Pittsburg State 12th and Emporia State at No. 21.

The Mules return home this Saturday, Oct. 3 to host Missouri Southern at 1:30 p.m. at Walton Stadium/Kennedy Field. It's Family Weekend on the UCM campus.
