Today I had the chance to speak over the phone with Claudia, the Executive Director of Mothers Against Methamphetamine.  She had a lot to say about family and the community when it comes to this dangerous drug, and we talked about all the good this group can do in our area.

MAMA has bi-monthly meetings where they provide a big support group for family, friends, and anyone affected by the horrors of meth.  They meet in Sedalia and in Marshall.  They’ll meet at 6:30 p.m. every other Thursday.  So if you know someone who was a Meth addict, if you were a former Meth user, or you just need help to get through the experience, you're not alone.  Join the MAMA meetings, and you just might find a helping hand.  I got to speak with Claudia Kays,  the Executive Director about their new location and library, and how you can help MAMA.

If you need more information, you can always call Claudia  at 660-202-9619, see the new office at 505 S Kentucky, Suite D or email kylesmom66@hotmail.com.

Awarely yours,

Behka
