Missouri State Fair Daily Highlights: Monday, August 13, 2012
The Missouri State Fair is into Day 5 and it’s a chance to thank our farmers further. Monday, August 13, is Farm Bureau/Farm Family Day to celebrate Missouri Farm Families. Coupons and tractor pull discounts are available at county Farm Bureau offices.
The Pepsi Grandstand will feature the Missouri Association Championship Truck and Tractor Pull Finals at 1 and 7 p.m.
The Touchstone Stage will have acts planned through the day, including In Capable Hands, at 1 and 5 p.m. Bringing family-friendly comedy to the Missouri State Fair! The comedy juggling team, In Capable Hands, knows the tricks to make you laugh. Bridging the gap of generations with their humor, kids will chuckle at their physical comedy and older folks will laugh at their wit.
The Bud Stage will have their 3rd act of the Fair with Candy Coburn beginning her two-day stint with shows at 2 and 6 p.m. Plus the Missouri State Fair Idol at 4 and Battle of the Bands at 9 p.m.
For those that are into extreme sports, the State Fair Arena will feature the Motocross Final Championship Round of the MO Fair Cross Series at 7 p.m. Tickets are $7 for 6 and over and ages 5 and under are free.
