The Mid-Missouri Outlaws traveled to take on the Salina Bombers on Saturday, April 30. Both teams were looking for their first win in the CPIFL, but Salina would come away with the victory, defeating the Outlaws 43-21.

The Outlaws were outrushed in this game as the Bombers had 101 yards to -3 for the Outlaws. The Bombers were led by Quentin Benning with 45 yards on eight carries; Demetrius Cox with 31 yards on four carries; Frank Miles with 27 yards on five carries.

The Outlaws did win the passing game as Kyle Middleton threw for 148 yards and Carlos Williams had five. The Bombers quarterback, Dane Simoneau threw for 111 yards total.

Josh Reid led the Outlaws in receptions with eight for 76 yards, Ronnie Celestine had six for 37 yards, Brandon Williams had two for 33 yards, Terry Dennis had one for five yards and Charles McDonald had one for two yards. The Salina Bombers were led by Ricky Roberts with 47 yards receiving.

The Mid-Missouri Outlaws will take on the Kansas Koyotes at the Mathewson Exhibition Center this Saturday night (April 6) at 7:05.  Both teams are looking for their first win the CPIFL. This game is also a way to Support our Troops since the Outlaws will have lots of military from Whiteman Air Force Base participating in various activities during the game.
