MFA Truck Stolen From Shelbina Recovered in Sedalia, One Arrested

A 32-year-old man was arrested after Sedalia Police located an MFA truck that had been reported stolen from Shelbina, Missouri.

According to a police report, officers observed a suspicious vehicle driving through the area of Ohio and Ham around 7:48 a.m. on September 9. Police then made contact with the stolen truck which was parked near Hogan. The occupants were not present, and it appeared they had fled from the vehicle.

A short time later, 32-year-old Joseph Resinger was found walking in the area. Police say it was determined that he had been inside the stolen truck. Resigner was arrested on charges including drug possession, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and second degree tampering with the property of another.

A female suspect in the case was not located at the time of Resinger's arrest.
