Known Fugitive Arrested After Suspect Flees from Sedalia Officers

Sedalia Police arrested 27-year-old Kendall Dale Brown of Sedalia after SPD was made aware he was in the area of South Lamine on Monday afternoon around 1:20 p.m.

Brown, a known fugitive, was wanted on four Pettis County warrants totaling $48,500. According to a report, Brown fled the area upon officers' arrival.

Officers then canvassed the area with the help of community members, and Brown was later located in the 1500 block of South Vermont.

He was taken into custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail. He was also charged with possession of marijuana.
