"Say Something" — Justin Timberlake and Chris Stapleton's collaborative effort — has landed, and it's better than anticipated.

The two superstars trade lines on an upbeat, genre-less track that could easily nestle into country radio. A six-minute video features the 2018 Super Bowl halftime show performer and the country star wandering through a building separately, up elevators and down them, in search of "something I can't have." It's not clear what that is, but the song is a jam.

Finally, they find each other and strum away on their guitars, and suddenly they're not alone. A chorus of hundreds of people join in above them, singing the chorus as the new duo make their way through the halls.

Could this be a hint at what's to come at Super Bowl LII?

Stapleton wrote two other tracks on Timberlake's Man of the Woods: "Morning Light" featuring Alicia Keys and "The Hard Stuff." Details about "Say Something" are sparse leading up to its release, but it's bound to be a stellar matchup. The two wowed the audience with their captivating performance of "Tennessee Whiskey" and Timberlake's "Drink You Away" at the 2015 CMA Awards — the appearance which catapulted Stapleton into the spotlight.

The "Broken Halos" singer is one of the most respected acts in country music now, scoring three No. 1 albums with Traveller, From A Room: Volume 1 and From A Room: Volume 2. He's nominated for three Grammys at the 2018 awards show, with From A Room: Volume 1 scoring a nomination for Best Country Album, while "Either Way" and "Broken Halos" are up for Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song, respectively. Stapleton will also perform at the 2018 Grammy Awards, which air on Sunday (Jan. 28) on CBS at 7:30PM ET.
