The sixth annual Jingle on the Green at State Fair Community College brought many students, faculty and people from the area to the campus to experience caroling, music, arts, luminaries, chocolate and of course, Santa Claus.

The evening started with Gary Noland, State Fair Community College Board of Trustees President, welcoming everyone to campus and President Joanna Anderson delivered a Christmas message via video screen.

John Dawes, Bothwell Regional Health Center Executive Director and member of the Sedalia Blue Ribbon Vision Committee, presented a Blue Ribbon Vision Certificate to Sedalia Mayor Elaine Horn and members of the city council for their work.

Then the children oohed and awed as Santa Claus made his grand entrance and the caroling began. There were choirs from State Fair Community College, Clinton High School, California 6th grade, Cole Camp High School, Lincoln 7th Grade, Marshall High School, Smith-Cotton Jazz Band, Boonville High School and the Sweet Adelines Chorus.

Everyone who attended was treated to five stations of sweet treats and great entertainment, including the art station for kids.  Enjoy these photos of the event provided by Kevin Walker.
