State Fair Community College will host its 13th annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Show at the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center on December 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

"We have been sold out since October 10," said Dana Page with State Fair Community College. "That's a good indication that we're going to have a full house."

Page says the show will include an appearance from Santa, and live music. "This year we have added the Show-Me Sound Chorus out of Warrensburg, and they're going to perform Christmas Carols at 10:30 and 1:30, so that's something a little different from what we've done before."

"We have 142 booths that will be filled," said Page. "Lots of crafts. Kind of popular right now is wooden signs with quotes on them, jewelry, pottery, candles, doll clothes, dog clothes, wooden Santas, as well as some baked goods, homemade fudge and candies." Page said that a few of the vendors that set up during the fall Junk 2 Treasure Show will also be returning for the Holiday Arts and Crafts Show.

Admission to the State Fair Community College Holiday Arts and Craft Show is free. The SFCC Booster Club will offer concessions during the event.
