Great Outdoor Family Fun Day Returns Father’s Day Weekend [INTERVIEW]

Last year, we had our big Outdoor Family Fun Day.  We did all sorts of stuff out there with games, demonstrations, prizes, and just a lot of great stuff.  Well, you guys liked it so much that we're bringing it back again this year, bigger than ever! This time, we're really getting some great community involvement with our presenting sponsor, the always Sedalia oriented WK Chevrolet.  We'll be having it this year on June 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  It'll be in a different location this year, The Moose Recreation Center in Sedalia.  It'll have something for everyone.  .
The W-K Chevrolet Great Outdoors Family Fun Day will include stuff like : Kids Archery, Fishing, Games, 3D Archery Shoot, Long Shot Competition,  Face Painting, Vendor Booths, an Air Rifle Range sponsored by Vinson’s Pawn and Gun and it doesn't even stop there.  There's so much going on, it's insane.  That's why I sat Derrick Gill, our Live Event Coordinator, - and new on air guy - down to tell us all about what we can expect this year.

Make sure you don't miss out on the Great Outdoor Family Fun Day - it'll make this Father's Day  like no other!  If you're not sure how to get out to the  Moose Recreation Center, go West on Main Street Road, by Colton’s Steak House, until you see the Moose Rec and Great Outdoors sign.  It's pretty easy to find.  This is a community service event for The Moose Lodge. All of the net proceeds made by the Moose Lodge will be donated to Mo Kids Outdoors - which is a great group working to keep kids active, involved, and out of trouble by helping them explore the outdoors.
