Granger Smith's next studio album is coming before Halloween. The "Happens Like That" singer revealed all the details to his fans on Wednesday morning, including song titles, album art and release date.

When the Good Guys Win will be released on Oct. 27 and feature Smith's current single plus 13 more songs, including one with his alter ego, Earl Dibbles Jr. The title of that song is still TBD, but the Texan shared the rest of the songs in a press release. Smith had a hand in writing eight of the 13 songs revealed thus far. A full track listing can be found below.

At Home With Granger Smith

The album was crafted and recorded on the road and at home. Smith says he built a mobile studio on his tour bus for writing, editing and some recording and then did all of his lead vocal parts at his home.

"With the album evolving this way on the road, country fairs, parking lots, green rooms and hotel lobbies, it truly reflects the source of the inspiration: the fans," Smith says.

Frank Rogers and Derek Wells helped Smith produce When the Good Guys Win, his second studio album on Wheelhouse Records and the follow-up to Remington, which featured the chart-topping "Backroad Song."
