Saturday night, July 28, Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, MO will offer free admission to fans that bring four canned-goods to the races.

It's the Big Adventure RV Weekly Racing Series and your canned goods will not only get you in free but also help neighbors in need.

In a press release from Lucas Oil Speedway-

"We're honored to again partner with our friends at Ozarks Food Harvest," Lucas Oil Speedway General Manager Dan Robinson said. "Our fans always rise to the occasion and we thank them for their willingness to help out so many in need, while at the same time taking in a terrific night of racing."

According to Sara Roelke, communications coordinator for Ozarks Food Harvest, last year, fans donated 7,813 pounds of food at the event, providing 6,510 meals to people in need. Since the event at Lucas Oil Speedway started in 2008, more than 54,000 pounds of non-perishable food has been collected to provide more than 45,000 meals.

Gates will open at 4 p.m. Saturday with hot laps at 6:30 and opening ceremonies at 7.
