It has been a crazy and cold winter so far, but what can I say, it’s Missouri and it’s the perfect time to get out and socialize. This Saturday (Jan. 11) is the MO Kids Outdoors & Whitetails Unlimited Banquet dinner and auction. It’s our 4th annual and it has shaped up to be the biggest yet.

We have moved to the Ag Building on the MO State Fair Grounds for more room which will be more comfortable and allow for more games. Which brings me to my next bit of news, we’ve added a kid zone sponsored by Country Kitchen with games for the kids to play for free. They’ll be able to win great prizes including an Xbox 360, bicycles, air rifles and much more.

Now hang on to your hats; we have a special guest set up for the evening. Travis T-Bone Turner from “The Bone Collector,” “Michael Waddells Road Trips,” and “T-Bone Outdoors” will be here hanging out so come on out and get your redneck on. Travis T-Bone Turner is our guest thanks to: Arnwine “Little General” Construction with EPS Energy Saving Buildings, Terri Hunter with Remax, W.K. Chevrolet, Sutherlands, and Elite Dry Cleaning owned and operated by Larry and Tracy Husk.

Now the MO Kids Outdoors Whitetails Unlimited Banquet is this Saturday but you can still get tickets at Valiant Gun and Pawn on East Broadway in Sedalia, and remember, 50% stays with the MO Kids Outdoors. See ya there.
