The officers (Smith and Merrill) noticed the drive-through window was broken out, so management was contacted, who responded to the business. Security video was obtained, which clearly showed a white Ford Edge at Liquor Locker, and also showed a white male breaking out the window and entering the business. A female is also seen on the video, as well as a good clear image of the license plate number.

The info was immediately relayed to all other officers on duty and Officer Elwood noticed the white Edge at 16th and Grand leaving Casey's General Store. The car was stopped and four subjects were inside the vehicle, according to the report. The subjects were arrested. Three were taken to the Pettis County jail, while the fourth, Chloe R. Jones, 17, St. Joseph, was taken to the Sedalia Police Department, where Det. St. Cyr interviewed her and Jones admitted to being in the vehicle when the burglary occurred. Jones also mentioned another Pettis County business that was also burglarized, with an undetermined amount of money taken. Jones was then taken to the Pettis County Jail.

The other three arrested were Christopher M. Evans, 18, and Christina A. White, 17, both of St. Joseph, and Cassidy R. Doll, 22, Stover.

All were placed on a 24-hour hold pending the filing of state charges for burglary, stealing and property damage.

Anyone with information on the case, is asked to call Det. St. Cyr at 827-7823, ext.1212, or 826-8100.
