Do you know of any special annual events that you mean to attend every year, but somehow always seem miss? The True/False Film Festival in Columbia is one of mine. It was March 3-6, and guess what? I forgot all about it. After seeing that I missed the event, again, I decided to do a search and find out what other film festivals take place in Missouri. There are actually quite a few coming up.
