The University of Missouri Extension/Pettis County office is happy to announce an upcoming Stay Strong, Stay Healthy class. Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is a light weight-training class designed for adults over fifty. We use light weights for improving balance, fitness, and state of mind. We meet once per week for an hour for ten weeks. Our next series of classes starts on March 18—we will meet on Wednesdays from 10-11:00 am at the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center at State Fair Community College.
Pre-registration is required by March 13, 2015. Please call the Extension office at (660)827-0591 for more information or to sign up. The cost for the ten week program is $25.00.
