The Sedalia RC Flyers will host the 2nd annual 'Fun Fly and Swap Meet' on Saturday, June 24.
The event will take place at Gate 9 at the Missouri State Fair Grounds, off Clarendon Road.
The flyer fee is $15.00 and includes lunch, one drink, and swap space.
There is no charge to swap only. Swap vendors may purchase a plate of food for $5.00. Vendors are urged to bring their own tables.
There will be a raffle with 50/50 winners announced at 1:00 p.m.
Raffle prizes are donated by Samson RC Hobby Shop, in Marshall, MO. And by Hobby Haven, in Overland Park, KS.
Spectators are invited to come out and watch for free!
Flyers will operate radio control planes, helicopters, and drones, as the aircraft perform 3D stunts and aerobatics.
The gates open at 8:00 a.m., with a flyer briefing at 8:45 a.m. Honoring the flag will take place at 9:00 a.m., with the event starting shortly after.
There will also be a potluck lunch for registered flyers and their immediate families at 11:30 a.m.
