Schlafly Craft Beer Dinner

The Schlafly Craft Beer dinner will be held at the Wine and More in Downtown Sedalia on September 29. 

The aperitif will be a Schlafly Pilsner, the first course will be Israeli Couscous with Quinoa.  The Second course will be Jalapeno Monterrey Stuffed Pretzels with cilantro and mustard.  The Third course will be Scarlett's Salad of fruit and lettuce and raspberry vinaigrette.  The fourth course will be handmade gourmet brats with caramelized onions and grain mustard.  The fifth course will be Caraway Pork with herbal pork drippings sauce.  The main course will be pumpkin, squash, ten year aged white cheddar layered with stylized potatoes and a touch of rosemary.  The dessert will be a cappuccino panna cotta.   The event will take place at 7 p.m. and will cost $60 with tax per person.  Call for reservations at 826-9463.
