A Night of Inspiration will be held at Stauffacher Theatre on Thursday, January 7th, at 6:30pm.
This is a celebration of the achievements of the Healthy U class of 2015. The current class of students has lost a combined total of more than 600 pounds!!
The Night of Inspiration will also introduce the 12 new students for the Healthy U class of 2016. Students in the 2016 class will be paired with a nutrition coach and a fitness coach for a year. The students will share their journey with the community in a variety of ways, including media interviews, Facebook updates, and community events.
This event is free and open to the public!!
