Glow Zumba At State Fair Community College

Zumba enthusiasts are invited to join the State Fair Community College Spirit Squad for a fun night of Glow Zumba at a fundraiser from 7-10 p.m. Sept. 29 in the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center on the Sedalia campus.

Instructors from Total Fitness, Brian’s Gym and SFCC Zumba will lead easy-to-follow calorie-burning workouts under black light. The Davis Center has a rubber floor and is air conditioned, but participants are encouraged to bring water and a towel. There will be a break every 45 minutes.

Cost is $30; space is limited. Those who register by Sept. 23 will be guaranteed a T-shirt and glow items. Proceeds will benefit the squad.
