Bothwell Regional Health Center will offer a “Freedom from Smoking” class beginning Wednesday, Jan. 22.
The smoking cessation class is an eight-session behavior modification program. The group will meet weekly from 6 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday evenings in the Bothwell Education Center, 14th and Ingram. The class costs $45. Scholarships are available. The deadline to apply for scholarships is Jan. 8.
