Couch to 5k Kickoff Event

The Healthy U Community C25K Kick Off will be Thursday, February 26 at 6:30 p.m.  It'll be held at the Thompson Conference Center, located in the Heckart Science and Allied Health Center at the State Fair Community College.  The event is free and open to public.  Come register for the eight week program, and learn tips for being successful.  Sign up as an individual or a team of four to eight people.  You can sign up online at brhc.org or find them on Facebook.  For information, call Stephanie Fraley at 827-9138.
