State Fair Community College will offer a Missouri Concealed Carry (CCW) firearms course from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 3 in  Potter-Ewing Agriculture Building Room 402 on the Sedalia campus.

The course will provide instruction in the types of firearms to be concealed; safe loading, unloading, storage, and carrying firearms concealed; and current state and federal codes, including those defining lawful firearm use.

The course will last at least eight hours and include classroom instruction and range time learning to shoot revolvers and semi-automatic pistols.

Instructor is Bill Chapman. Cost is $149. This is the last time the class will be offered this fall.
