Come One, Come All ! You're invited to a Community Multi-Cultural Event celebrating the ideals of Dr. Martin Luther King during Black History Month.

It'll take place on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Buckner Housing Community Center, 500 Welch Court.

Events of the day:

1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Welcoming program by speakers, dancers, singers and musicians.

2:40 p.m. International Heritage Food Tasting Contest from among all submitted food entries from men and women in our community featuring favorite traditional family recipes.

4:00 p.m. Presentation of "First, Second and Third Place Awards" as selected by our panel of judges. Each adult attendee at this event may submit one vote to determine "The People's Choice Award"!

Men and women of all nationalities from throughout our community are encouraged to submit their favorite family recipes for the judging competition in the Tasting Contest. Entrants must submit their Official Food Entry Form by Friday, February 20, 2015.
