Eric Church has signed on to host a new radio show that will give fans a look inside his musical tastes.

The CMA and ACM-winning singer-songwriter is set to host Outsiders Radio, which will air monthly on SiriusXM's the Highway. Church will explore his own musical influences and play his current favorite songs on the show, as well as spinning exclusive, never-before-heard music from his own archives.

Outsiders Radio will air on the last Friday of every month starting Friday, Feb. 27 at 10PM ET on the Highway channel 56, through the SiriusXM app on smartphones and other connected devices and online. The show will be re-broadcast on Mondays at 12AM ET and Wednesdays at 11PM ET.

The show's debut episode marks the one-year anniversary of the release of Church's current album, The Outsiders. He will play two exclusive tracks that were not released on the album. Church has been touring the largest arenas in the country to support the project.

Church is currently featured in a duet with Keith Urban on "Raise 'Em Up," which the two performed at Nashville's iconic Ryman Auditorium as part of a showcase at the 2015 Country Radio Seminar. The song's lyrics include, ”You take her by the hand, make a stand, buy some land, make some love … and then babies come.”

That last line caused Church — who welcomed newborn son Tennessee Hawkins on Feb. 15 — to quip, "That's right."

Church also performed an unreleased song at the showcase that he wrote about his grandfather's battle with Alzheimer's, which had the radio executives and journalists in attendance wiping away tears.

“The hardest thing was to have a relationship when that person doesn’t remember you,” Church told the audience. “It may never be recorded. We’ll see how it goes.”
