Did Someone Order a Plate of Summer?

The baseball regular season is now over and the playoffs are getting ready to begin and football is in full swing. You'd think it was Fall but someone decided to dial up the thermometer a couple clicks.

Unseasonably warm temperatures are on tap for the next several days, as well as on-and-off thunderstorm chances from Tuesday afternoon through at least Thursday. After that, the bottom falls out and takes us straight back into autumn!
